About the Event
To get you out of the house and into London's outdoor spaces and spend quality time exploring and enjoying nature.
Everyone is welcome whether you come alone, with friends or as a family. I am really keen to get people outside, in a relaxing environment to meet others and relax.
The walks are likely to be 1 to 1.5 hours and not strenuous. It's more about getting outside, stretching your legs and enjoying!
Things to Think About Bringing
Pay attention to the season and weather forecast and bring things that are appropriate to that.
Good solid footwear. Even if we don't go far, it's always better to keep feet warm and dry and free reducing slipping
Waterproof clothing and warm spare layers inc socks
A hat (wooly or to keep sun off
Walking poles/sticks if you need them
Suncream (weather dependent of course :))
Snacks and Lunch
1 lt + water
A torch, just in case
*Where possible, let's reduce waste!! Please bring lunch and water bottled in reusable containers and hot drinks in a flask (I do love a flask :D)
The organiser creates these events as a personal interest and is not part of any other organisation.
I will always look out for your safety and I encourage people to look out for each other, all members are responsible for their own welfare and wellbeing. If you aren't feeling well, let the organiser know as soon as possible.
Please come on the walks prepared with suitable clothing and footwear.
